I would highly recommend Tresses for anyone looking to get their hair done. I got nanoplastia treatment from here and everyone was well trained and polite throughout the treatment. 5 stars for after sales service! Lower part of my hair already had permanent smoothing done in the past. Due to this nanoplastia wasn’t fully effective in the area where my natural growth met permanent smoothened hair. When i raised this with Nitin sir, he urged me to visit the salon again. He re-did the entire nanoplastia treatment on effected hair without even me asking, because he said he felt responsible for his job. Absolutely commendable work ethic! For anyone wanting to get nanoplastia – I would say the treatment is slightly on the expensive side – but i think it’s worth it due to its organic nature. Ps. After the second treatment, my hair’s perfect!
